Schottky Diode Detectors 50 Ohm

Pasternack 50 Ohm bias detectors (aka bias Schottky diode detectors) are active coaxial components that convert RF signal strength into proportional DC voltage at its output, also referred to as “video out”. Schottky diode detectors from Pasternack are most commonly used to monitor and measure signal strength from an RF source. Many of our RF and microwave bias detectors are RoHS and REACH compliant.

Schottky detectors are available with SMA connectors only. Our biased RF detectors have varying frequency capabilities ranging from 500 MHz to 26 GHz depending on type and style. These RF Schottky detectors have a maximum input power rating of 23 dBm and an RF signal threshold (tangential sensitivity) of -54 dBm to -52 dBm. Pasternack carries two variations of biased diode RF detectors with a positive or negative output bias.

Our Pasternack facility certified to ISO 9001:2015 ships biased RF Schottky diode detectors from stock the same day you order them. Pasternack Enterprises offers the broadest and deepest inventory of RF and microwave components available. Expert technical support and friendly customer service personnel are always here to assist you.
