50 Ohm Detectors

Pasternack 50 Ohm detectors are active coaxial components that convert RF signal strength into proportional DC voltage at its output, also referred to as “video out”. We carry three basic types of 50 Ohm detectors including zero bias Schottky diode detectors, bias Schottky diode detectors and log detectors.50 Ohm detectors from Pasternack are most commonly used to monitor and measure signal strength from an RF source. Many of our RF and microwave 50 Ohm detectors are RoHS and REACH compliant.

50 Ohm detectors are available with SMA and BNC connectors only. Our zero bias 50 Ohm detectors, bias 50 Ohm detectors and log 50 Ohm detectors have varying frequency capabilities ranging from 100 KHz to 26.5 GHz depending on type and style. These 50 Ohm detectors have a maximum input power rating between 10 dBm and 23 dBm and an RF signal threshold (tangential sensitivity) of -54 dBm to -40 dBm. Pasternack carries two variations of 50 Ohm RF detectors with a positive or negative output bias.

The Pasternack facility certified to ISO 9001:2015 ships all 50 Ohm detectors from stock the same day you order them. Pasternack Enterprises offers the broadest and deepest inventory of RF and microwave components available.
