PIN Diode Switches

Pasternack RF PIN diode switches are active microwave devices that route a high frequency RF signal through a set transmission path. PIN diode switches from Pasternack are most commonly used in RF, microwave and millimeter wave test systems for routing varying signals between instruments, allowing multiple tests to be performed at the same time using the same setup. Many of our RF, microwave and millimeter wave switches are RoHS and REACH compliant.

Our solid state PIN diode switches are available with 2.92mm and SMA connectors only. We carry many different RF switch configurations including single-pole-single-throw (SPST) switches, single-pole-double-throw (SPDT) switches, single-pole-three-throw (SP3T) switches, single-pole-four-throw (SP4T) switches, single-pole-eight-throw (SP8T) switches and “transfer” PIN diode switches. These broadband PIN diode RF switches have frequency capabilities ranging from DC to 40 GHz depending on type and style and very low VSWR. Pasternack Enterprises’ PIN diode switches have a power rating between 0.1 Watts and 2 Watts and a maximum speed threshold between 100 and 250 nanoseconds (nsec).

The Pasternack facility certified to ISO 9001:2015 ships all RF, microwave and millimeter wave PIN diode switches from stock the same day you order them. Pasternack Enterprises offers the largest inventory of RF and microwave components available for same day shipping. Expert technical support and friendly customer service personnel are always here to assist you.
